1. Chilliflex – 1 tbsp
2. Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
3. Semolina – half cup
4. Potato – 1 (large)

6. Water – 1 cup

8. Cornflower – 1 tbsp
9. Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

11. Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Procedure
1. Start by grating the potato finely and crushing the garlic.
2. Blend the semolina to a smooth texture.
3. Heat a pan and add three spoons of butter. Once melted, lightly fry crushed garlic.
4. Stir continuously while adding a cup of water, chilli flakes, and salt.
5. Gradually mix the blended semolina into the mixture.
