ZTE has quietly introduced its new budget-friendly smartphone, the ZTE Blade V50 Design 5G, to the global market. Let’s take a look at the features of this device. The ZTE Blade V50 Design 5G comes with a 6.6-inch display that shows images in good quality, with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution and a clear picture. The screen also has a 90Hz refresh rate, making it smooth and pleasant to use.
Inside the phone, there’s a Unisoc Tanggula T760 chipset that helps it run smoothly. It has a 4-core CPU with 4×2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A75 cores and 4×1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores. This means it can handle various tasks without slowing down. The phone operates on Android 13 Tiramisu operating system, providing a user-friendly experience.
For memory, the ZTE Blade V50 Design 5G offers 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It’s decent enough to store your photos, videos, and apps. However, it doesn’t support external memory cards, so you can’t add extra storage.
In terms of cameras, the Blade V50 Design 5G boasts a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera and an additional 2MP camera for measuring depth. This setup, along with an LED flash, helps you take good-quality pictures. On the front, there’s an 8MP lens for selfies, which should be more than enough for casual photos. The main camera can also record videos in 1080p resolution, giving you clear and smooth footage.
The phone supports dual SIM cards with 5G support, meaning you can use fast internet on the go. It also has features like Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.2, enabling seamless connectivity with other devices. Additionally, there’s a fingerprint reader on the side for secure unlocking, and other useful sensors like proximity, accelerometer, compass, gyroscope, and infrared.
The ZTE Blade V50 Design 5G has some extra features too, including a radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack, so you can listen to your favorite tunes using wired headphones. To keep the phone going throughout the day, it has a 4500mAh non-removable battery that supports fast charging at 22.5W, so you won’t have to wait long to recharge it.
This smartphone comes in Sky Blue, Starry Grey, and Gray Matt colors, offering a modern look and feel. In European markets, you can get the Blade V50 Design 5G for €210 ($235), making it an affordable option for those looking for a capable 5G smartphone. ZTE is also gearing up to release another exciting smartphone, the Nubia Z50S Pro, in China. This phone is highly anticipated and is scheduled to launch on July 20.
