One such chapter revolves around Salman Khan’s association, or rather, the lack thereof, with acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Despite delivering box office hits together, their partnership seemed to fizzle out, leaving many wondering about the reasons behind the apparent rift.

It all began with Bhansali’s directorial debut, “Khamoshi: The Musical,” which featured Salman Khan in the lead role. The film was a critical and commercial success, marking the beginning of a promising collaboration between the two talents. However, despite the accolades and applause, their partnership failed to blossom further on the silver screen.

Their next venture together, “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam,” catapulted both Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali to new heights of fame and recognition. The film garnered widespread acclaim for its stellar performances and captivating storytelling, cementing their status as a formidable duo in Bollywood. Yet, despite the success, this would be the last time Salman Khan graced the screen in a Bhansali directorial.

In the years that followed, Sanjay Leela Bhansali went on to helm several commercially successful ventures, including “Devdas,” “Black,” and “Padmaavat.” However, conspicuously absent from these cinematic endeavors was Salman Khan, leaving fans and industry insiders alike puzzled by the apparent estrangement between the two.

Salman Khan, in a candid moment, shed some light on the matter, expressing his disappointment over the perceived snub from Bhansali. “I gifted him two hit movies,” remarked Khan, referring to their collaborations on “Khamoshi” and “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.” “Even then, he didn’t offer me any movie,” he lamented, hinting at a sense of betrayal or neglect.

Speculation was rife that Salman Khan might make a comeback in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali project, igniting hopes among his legion of fans. However, those hopes were dashed when news emerged that Shah Rukh Khan had been roped in for the coveted role instead, leaving Salman Khan enthusiasts disheartened by the turn of events.
