Starring Jack Black, “Kung Fu Panda 4” enthralled children and families the most. It collected $503.9 million and simply cannot be any less satisfying for fans of the series.

This was Wes Ball’s feature debut in the new age for the “Planet of the Apes” franchise, grossing $478.5 million. The visual beauty of the apocalyptic scenery and characterizations keeps the audience pinned to their seats.
